School Library Month 2016

I can’t believe it- School Library Month and National Library Week are right around the corner.  This year, ALA seems to be going all in with their #librariestransform campaign.  I’ll definitely take to Twitter to participate.  And I absolutely love the free printables they are offering on their website this year.  You can find them here and here!

The Libraries Transform toolkit is available here and it is super cool.

And try as I might, I can. not. find the best thing again.  So, hopefully I won’t get in trouble for sharing it with you here.  It is a free printable, in blue or green, and it looks like this:

Since I can’t find it, and I want you to be able to use it, here it is:

I’m going to wallpaper my school with these next month!

Do you have plans for School Library Month or National Library Week?  Share them with us!

Happy Reading!

Celebrate National Library Week on Twitter!

There are two Twitter celebrations that I know of so far…

#ilovemylibrary – Tweet about how awesome your library is all week!

#librarymade – Tweet things that have been made in the library for a chance to win a $100 gift card from ALA!

If you hear of any others, please let me know!  Let’s be as LOUD as possible this week!
